WSSL GAME REPORT
Beginning with the Fall 2009 season, WSSL will be using newly revised Game Reports.
 The new Game Reports include instructions for reporting game scores and "cards" into the
WSSL e-League System.  Please note the Scorekeeper address has changed. 
The new Scorekeeper address is:  P.O.  702367, Plymouth, MI  48170 
Please, DO NOT use old Game Reports.

Use this form only if you do not have the triplicate form -- fill out three copies for game day
Coach must contact Marcos Carmona for triplicate forms
